This site is small and so is this page. It says what is collected, where it goes, and how to have it removed.

Who is responsible

The site is run by ONNO Agency (Pty) Ltd, Sandton, South Africa, on behalf of the author, Rozanne Day. For anything on this page, write to hello@wasneveryou.com.

What the two forms collect

The newsletter form takes one thing: your email address. Alongside it the site stores the exact sentence you were shown when you signed up, the time, and a one-way hash of your internet address. The hash is there so the form can be rate limited and abuse can be spotted. It cannot be turned back into your address.

The contact form takes your name if you give it, your email address, which kind of message it is, and the message itself, plus the time and the same one-way hash. Your message is sent on by email to hello@wasneveryou.com so it can be read and, if it needs one, answered.

Downloading the workbook collects nothing. There is no email field in front of it.

Where it is kept

Both forms write to a database on Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Newsletter addresses are later moved to MailerLite, the service used to send the series emails, and kept there in one list for one purpose: telling you when the next book in the series is out. Every email sent from that list carries an unsubscribe link.

Nothing collected here is sold, rented, or shared with anyone else.

Spam protection

Both forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated scripts. It runs inside the form and may collect technical details about your browser to make that call. Cloudflare's own privacy terms apply to it.

Analytics

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising pixels.

Links to Amazon

The buy buttons go to Amazon. Once you are there, Amazon's terms and privacy practices apply, not these.

How to be removed

Write to hello@wasneveryou.com from the address you want removed, or use the unsubscribe link in any series email. Your address and any messages you sent will be deleted from the database and from MailerLite. If you want a copy of what is held about you first, ask, and you will get it.
